Click on the “Registration renewal 2022”.
Download the “Certificate of Identity”.
Get the Gazetted officer’s seal & signature with the required details in this certificate.
- ત્યારબાદ નીચે જણાવ્યા મુજબ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ અને સહી અપલોડ કરવા અને “Submit Application” પર ક્લીક કરવું.
(૧) રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સર્ટિફિકેટ, (૨) છેલ્લી રીન્યુઅલ સ્લીપ, (૩) સર્ટીફિકેટ ઓફ આઈડેન્ટિટી, (૪) સહી - આમ કરવાથી એપ્લીકેશન નંબર જનરેટ થશે જે ભવિષ્યનાં રેફરન્સ માટે સાચવીને રાખવો.
- “Pay Fees” પર ક્લીક કરી પેમેન્ટ કરવું.
- આપના દ્વારા આ પ્રોસેસ કમ્પ્લીટ થયા બાદ ગુજરાત નર્સિંગ કાઉન્સિલ દ્વારા ભરેલ માહિતી અને અપલોડ કરેલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સનું વેરિફિકેશન કરવામાં આવશે. આ વેરિફિકેશન થઈ ગયા બાદ “View” બટન પર ક્લીક કરવાથી રીન્યુઅલ સ્લીપ તમે જોઈ શકો છો અને તેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી શકો છો.
- તમારા એપ્લીકેશન નંબર અને મોબાઈલ નંબર એન્ટર કરી “Get OTP” પર ક્લીક કરવું ત્યારબાદ OTP આવ્યા બાદ “Verify OPT” પર ક્લીક કરવું પછી તમારી એપ્લીકેશનનું સ્ટેટ્સ જોઈ શકશે.
- Upload the documents as mentioned below and click on “Submit Application”
(1) Registration Certificate, (2) Last Renewal Slip, (3) Certificate of Identity, (4) Signature. - After completion of this step application number will be generated. Save it for future reference. (its needed sometime)
- Click on “Pay Fees” and make payment. (Through netbanking or creditcard/Debitcard)
- After completion of the process, Gujarat Nursing Council will verify all the information and documents uploaded by you.
- After verification by the Gujarat Nursing Council you can see Renewal Registration Slip by clicking on “View” and you can take print out of Registration Slip.
- You can see your application status on Registration Renewal Module status page by entering application number and Mobile Number and click on “Get OPT” then enter the Received OTP and click on “Verify OTP”.
