The One Day National Webinar titled “i-STEM-A Gateway for Researchers Stepping Towards Aatm Nirbhar Bharat” will be hosted on

Eminent and distinguished Dr.Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and National Coordinator- I-STEM, Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore has been invited as resource person.

The ultimate aim behind organising this powerful and enlightening webinar is to help researchers gain prior knowledge on,

• i-STEM initiative by Govt. of India towards linking researchers and resources thereby enhancing effective utilization of R&D equipment nationwide.

• Opportunities for academicians pursuing research in smaller institutions to take up work in established institutions thereby uplifting collaboration among academics, and between industry and academia.

• Creating avenues for fund raising in order to maintain and meet the expenses related to Lab investment for established institutions.

• Creation of skilled manpower at various levels. • Building of a better R&D Ecosystem in the country, in public as well as private organisations.

• Aiming and expecting to lead to greater R&D productivity, innovation especially among start-ups, resulting in growth of industry and the national economy.
